1. GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY

The content provided by FTM is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or condition.

While we specialise in strength and conditioning coaching, we are not medical professionals, physiotherapists, or licensed dietitians unless explicitly stated. You should always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness, nutrition, or recovery program.

2. NO MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE RELATIONSHIP

Use of our Website or participation in programs does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other healthcare relationship. Nothing communicated by FTM should be interpreted as medical instruction.

3. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY

Results from strength & conditioning programs or coaching services vary from person to person. Variables include age, sex, genetics, training history, injury status, nutrition, compliance, and more.

We make no guarantees of specific results and disclaim all liability for outcomes resulting from the application of our methods.

4. PARTICIPATION AT YOUR OWN RISK

All fitness training and athletic development involves inherent risk. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Muscular and joint injuries

  • Cardiac or respiratory complications

  • Falls, strains, sprains, soreness, or overuse issues

You acknowledge that participation in training is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your health, actions, and outcomes.

5. EMERGENCY CONDITIONS

If you experience chest pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, fainting, or severe discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. We do not provide emergency care or urgent advice.

6. THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES

Our emails, coaching documents, and website may reference or link to third-party information, tools, or resources (e.g. YouTube, research papers, equipment reviews). We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or safety.

7. NO SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Our programs and communication are not intended to replace professional services such as:

  • Physiotherapy

  • General medical advice

  • Sports injury management

  • Mental health support

Always follow the guidance of your medical provider when in doubt.

8. SUITABILITY FOR PARTICIPATION

You confirm that you:
