Personal Training

$80 / 45-minute session

Session-based coaching only. You show up, we train, and I coach you through the work in front of us.

  • 45 - 60 minute coached session

  • Technique feedback and live adjustments

  • Session-focused exercise selection

  • Ongoing programming or periodisation

  • Progress updates/check-ins outside sessions

1-on-1 Coaching

$150–$250 / week

This is ongoing performance coaching: screening, programming, periodisation, and progression planning with scientific reasoning — plus adjustments over time.

Includes

  • Initial screening + goal mapping

  • Individualised program design

  • Periodisation + progression planning

  • Ongoing adjustments based on performance and feedback

  • Regular check-ins (frequency based on tier)

Best for

  • People who want structured progress, not random sessions

  • Athletes or serious trainees

  • Anyone who wants accountability and a clear plan

Seminars & Workshops

$250 / hour (2-hour minimum)

Educational sessions for teams, clubs, gyms, schools, and organisations. Practical, evidence-informed instruction with Q&A.

Topics can include

  • Strength training principles

  • Movement quality + injury reduction

  • Programming basics and progression

  • Performance habits and recovery

Session-based coaching

Personal training is exactly what it sounds like: you turn up, we train, and I coach you through the session.

It’s useful if you:

  • Want guidance in the moment

  • Enjoy being coached during a workout

  • Don’t need a long-term plan

Coaching includes:

  • Periodisation so training phases actually make sense

  • Progression planning instead of random increases

  • Scientific reasoning behind exercise selection, volume, and intensity

Coaching is priced weekly because the work happens between sessions.
